Burgundy, a region in eastern France, is renowned for its stunning scenery and extensive past. The area is well known for its wines, especially its red Pinot Noir-based wines. Numerous old cities and villages, including Beaune, Dijon, and Nuits-Saint-Georges, can be found there as well.
