Indeed. True leaders are people who don't see themselves as worthy of leadership. They feel like, "I'm not capable of handling the hurdles of a leader." So running away deems it safe for them.

On the one hand, those who hunger for leadership, do not have the ideal quality of a leader. But those who run away from leadership or see themselves as not worthy of it, are the ones who turn out to be great leaders.
