Dear Employees, Understand Who Your Boss Is
It’s all about courtesy
If you understand your boss at work, you will hardly have issues with him/her.
Let me tell you how I was able to roll smoothly with my difficult-minded boss in the company I worked in a few years ago.
During those years of working, all of my colleagues have had problems with him. Sometimes, he sends those who have committed an offense home for suspension.
But at a point, I began to wonder why they were clashing with our boss. In my discovery, I discover that they barely do what he asks them to do. Even if they do, they don't do it well.
After all, I later got to realize that my boss is a principled man. Whatever he asks you to do, he wants it to be superbly done.
When he began to assign tasks to me, I always made sure that I put the best in the task. Anytime he comes around, he is pleased with the way the work is done. This was how I spent years working with him without any problem.
Understanding your boss makes your work more effective. Besides, there is no way you will be able to get to know your boss if you don't have passion for the job. You will only be working because you need money to pay your bills.
