Absolutely, I knew someone who's account was affected and got withdrawed from the MPP.

TIP: If you leave a comment before 20 seconds, then you need to leave a second comment after the 30 second mark —which would make it appear that you commented during the read — or NONE of your read will count monetarily for the writer because the algorithm will think you’re a SPAM BOT.
